Road Map
Now, Next & Beyond…
“A vision without a plan is just a dream. A plan without a purpose is just a task.”
At Jeremiah 29:11 Project we have both, and we are just getting started.
Introduction
Every great movement begins with a single step taken in faith. At Jeremiah 29:11 Project we do not just dream about a better Atlanta we are building one, deliberately and intentionally, one person at a time. This is our roadmap. It is ambitious because the need is great. It is specific because the people we serve deserve more than good intentions, and it is rooted in faith because we believe that when purpose meets action, transformation is inevitable.
Year One : Planting the Seed
Every tree that stands tall today was once a seed pressed into uncertain ground. Year One for Jeremiah 29:11 Project is exactly that, the planting. The moment where vision becomes action, where faith becomes footsteps, and where Atlanta begins to learn our name.
In our first year we are committed to establishing Jeremiah 29:11 Project as a recognized, trusted, and beloved presence in Atlanta’s community. We understand that credibility is built not through words but through consistent faithful actions and we intend to show up with that consistency from day one.
We will launch quarterly outreach events held once to twice per quarter. Bringing meals, essential resources, hygiene supplies, and spiritual support directly to individuals experiencing homelessness across Atlanta. These events will not just be distributions. They will be gatherings. Moments where every person who walks through is greeted by name, treated with dignity, and reminded that they are seen, valued, and loved
Year One Goals

The Long View: The Forest We Are Building
Beyond five years. Beyond programs and properties and paid staff. Beyond metrics and milestones and media coverage. There is a vision for Jeremiah 29:11 Project that lives in a place most organizations are afraid to name out loud. We name it out loud.
Our Ultimate Vision
We envision a thriving community not just in Atlanta but wherever this mission takes root where individuals experiencing homelessness are not just helped but genuinely transformed. Where relief is the beginning, not the end. Where every person who encounters Jeremiah 29:11 Project walks away with more than a meal or a resource, they walk away with a future.
Whole Person Transformation
We are building toward a world where the people we serve have access to everything they need to rebuild their lives completely. With financial literacy, workforce preparation, trade skills, mental health support, medical care, spiritual growth, and a community that refuses to let them fall through the cracks again.
Spiritual Restoration
At the core of everything we do is faith. We believe that true and lasting transformation is not just practical it is spiritual. We are building toward a future where every person who comes to us encounters not just an organization but a calling God’s calling on their life. Where they leave not just restored but renewed, not just housed but hopeful, not just employed but purposeful.
A Legacy of Restored Humanity
Ultimately, we are building toward a legacy. A legacy that says Jeremiah 29:11 Project looked at some of the most vulnerable people in Atlanta people the world had labeled and forgotten and said no. Not on our watch. Not in our city. Not while we have breath and vision and faith and each other. We are building a forest. One seed at a time. One life at a time. One story at a time, and we are just getting started.
A Note to Our Donors and Grant Partners
Every goal on this roadmap is funded by people and organizations who believe what we believe. That every human life has value, that every story deserves a chance at a different ending, and that strategic, faithful investment in communities creates ripple effects that outlast any single program or initiative. Your support does not just fund our work. It writes the next chapter of someone’s life.
