Meet the Team
Behind every mission is a person who refused to wait for someone else to start it.
Behind every vision is a team that refused to let it stay a dream.

Tiarsha Betha
Founder & Executive DirectorSome people spend their whole lives looking for their purpose. Tiarsha Betha has always known hers.
Born with an instinct to serve and a heart that refuses to look away, Tiarsha has spent her career building something rare. A professional life that mirrors her personal values at every turn. People have always been her north star. Whether she was recruiting top talent, developing employees, analyzing data, or leading community engagement initiatives, the thread running through every role she has ever held is the same: she believes in people, she invests in people, and she refuses to give up on people.
Her professional journey is as impressive as it is intentional. Tiarsha began building her foundation at the University of San Diego, where she served as an Executive Assistant for six years learning the inner workings of large institutions and developing the organizational discipline and operational excellence that would shape everything that came after. From there she moved into healthcare recruitment at Family Health Centers of San Diego, where she spent nearly two years connecting communities with the professionals they needed to thrive.
Her path then led her to Chick-fil-A’s Corporate Support Center, where she served as a Contract Recruiter before growing into the role of Talent Development Specialist and ultimately Executive Director of Marketing and Community Engagement at Chick-fil-A East Lake in Atlanta. In that role she did what she has always done best. She built relationships, elevated brand presence, developed people, and created environments where everyone felt seen, valued, and connected.
Today Tiarsha serves as an Employee Engagement Specialist for DeKalb County Government, working directly within the community she is committed to serving, deepening her understanding of local systems, local needs, and the real human beings navigating them every day.
None of those titles impressive as they are, do tell the full story of who Tiarsha Betha is. The full story is this: she has always seen the people the world walks past. Long before she had an organization, she had a conviction. She watched society assign labels to human beings experiencing homelessness and she refused to accept that narrative. She knew, in the way you know things that live deep in your bones, that every one of those people had a story. A journey. A moment where everything changed. And she believed that with the right support, the right tools, and the simple but radical gift of being treated like a human being, every one of those stories could have a different ending.
That conviction followed her from San Diego to Atlanta. And in Atlanta, she did not wait for someone else to act on it. She built Jeremiah 29:11 Project, an organization as personal as her own heartbeat and as professional as every role she has ever held.
